Northlake, Wānaka

In 2018 we completed two homes on sections gifted to us by the developer in the popular Wānaka subdivision of Northlake, as part of the inclusionary housing process.

In 2021 we received a further nine sections from the developer and construction was completed with homes occupied in April 2023.

We allocated eight into progressive home ownership (provided with the help and support of the New Zealand Government), with the remaining property will be retained in long-term rental.
