Northlake, Wānaka

Construction was completed on 9 new homes in the popular Wānaka subdivision of Northlake in April 2023.

We allocated six into assisted ownership (provided with the help and support of the New Zealand Government), and the remainder will be retained in our long-term rental portfolio.
