Alpine Meadows, Wānaka

The Alpine Meadows subdivision in Wānaka is a master-planned residential development by Willowridge Developments. The area boasts panoramic mountain views, all-day sun, and proximity to amenities such as schools, shopping centers, and recreational facilities. 

QLCHT has received land from the developer of Alpine Meadows, and commenced construction of three homes which are due for completion March 2027. These three-bedroom homes will be sold into our Secure Home programme.
