Completed in April 2022, our Alps View development is a combination of two and three-bedroom homes located in Lake Hayes Estate. This site has stunning views of the Remarkables mountain range along with easy access to nearby river walking tracks. 

Eleven properties are occupied under our assisted ownership programme (provided with the help and support of the New Zealand Government), with the remaining two retained as rentals.
