Suffolk Street, Arrowtown

This site was gifted to QLCHT by the Queenstown Lakes District Council in 2015, where it had previously held a number of dilapidated cabins used for short term rentals. Council agreed to transfer the land to the Trust so that it could be redeveloped as quality, affordable housing, to be held by QLCHT on behalf of the community in perpetuity.

All 10 homes are rental properties, with two specifically designated for Senior Housing.
