Hanley's Farm, Queenstown
Around 80 homes in the Hanley's Farm development will be going into our long-term rental portfolio.
The first stage consists of five 4-bedroom homes, which were allocated and occupied mid-2023.
The second stage consisting of twenty 2-bed homes was completed and occupied in late 2024.
The remaining homes will be coming on board in various stages over the next four years.
