Hikuwai Stage 1, Wānaka

In 2021, we completed construction of six new homes at Quartz Lane, Hikuwai in Wānaka.

This development consists of three 3-bedroom homes, two 2-bedroom homes and one 4-bedroom home. Four of the houses were sold into assisted ownership with the remaining two retained as rentals.
