In 2018, six sections in Shotover Country were transferred to QLCHT through the inclusionary housing process.

These 2 and 3-bedroom homes were completed in 2019 and saw the launch of the Trust's new Secure Home programme – a leasehold style model, focused on permanent affordability and security of tenure.
