Longview, Lake Hāwea

Longview is a master planned community several years in the planning. Incorporating 480 residential lots, a 3.5Ha township service centre and two recreation reserves, it is the future of affordable living in the Lakes District.

Through QLDC's inclusionary housing process, we've received land in this new Lake Hāwea subdivision, which will allow us to develop a total of 61 new homes for the local community.

A total of 41 homes are now built and occupied. with construction underway on a further four homes. The next stage of ten homes is due to commence mid-2026.
