Longview, Lake Hāwea

Longview is a master planned community several years in the planning. Incorporating 480 residential lots, a 3.5Ha township service centre and two recreation reserves, it is the future of affordable living in the Lakes District.

Through QLDC's inclusionary housing process, we've received land in this new Lake Hāwea subdivision, which will allow us to develop a total of 58 new homes for the local community.

Construction is complete on Stage 1 (28 homes), 24 of which have been provided with the help and support of the New Zealand Government.

Stage 2 (four homes) is underway and due for completion mid-2025.

We expect to commence Stage 3 (eight homes) in March 2025.
