QLCHT regularly receives land by way of local developers' contributions, through the Inclusionary Housing process. From time to time, we also receive land from local Council.

We are committed to retaining this land by building and allocating homes under our various housing programmes.

How we keep affordable housing affordable, particularly in a rising housing market, is to build smaller homes on sites that are slightly more compact.

The houses are attractive, well-designed, quality homes with all anyone needs. There are slightly more compact homes, ensuring greater affordability.
