Capital Funders

As the original mover in the formation of the Trust, QLDC remains one of our key stakeholders. We have a strong relationship and share the common goal of building 1000 new homes by 2038. The partnering concept is laid out in a Relationship Framework Agreement, and cements a long-term relationship to enable the delivery of affordable housing in the District.

As a leading real estate agency in New Zealand, NZSIR has committed to supporting affordable housing in our District through a regular stream of grant funding direct to our Trust. Capital is then used to support QLCHT households and developments through the Queenstown and Wānaka areas.
