Mt Cardrona Station, Wānaka

Mt Cardrona Station is a new subdivision in the heart of the Cardrona Valley, just 20 minutes from Wānaka. We're excited to be bringing affordable housing opportunities into this stunning development.

We'll have a total of eight sections in this development, obtained through QLDC's inclusionary housing process. Construction will be underway on the first two sections in 2024.
